Uses a skull, flower, and ribbon topped staff to cast spells of the party kind~ They can create impressive decorations, music that floats through the air to fit their desired aesthetic and even change other clothes to look more fabulous with their more developed flashy illusion magic.

Breedings are definitely special~~ The child takes aspects of both parents and blends them into a new and fantastic theme!
In this case the parent's were both of an autumn festive nature so of course the offspring has to be all about that~ It takes the smooth and slightly sharp eurpean aesthetic of Elys and mixes in some flair and skulls from Matias. Both parents have their own brand of fabulous going on, and mixed together created an offspring with a bit of aristocratic pomp and flair. Their added items only served to further this aesthetic, adding in a bit of sexy alure too~
Also, as a breeding, this stage 2 (and its stage 1) is granted special things such as abilities and in this case, a weapon as well (when usually such things are only obtainable through stage 3 growth or weapon add ons)
