Chaos & Shining Zexal, HopeNormal Spell
Target 1 “Utopia” Xyz Monster you control; send it to the GY, then, Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 “Number C” and 1 “Number S” monster that is 1 Rank higher than that monster you control, by using its materials between the Summoned monsters, and if you do, attach 1 “Gagaga”, “Gogogo”, “Dododo”, “Zubaba”, “ZW-“, or “Utopia” monster from your hand or GY to both monsters each. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon.) If your opponent’s LP are at least 2000 higher than yours: You can banish 1 “Utopia” monster from your GY; add this card to your hand from your GY. You can only use this effect of “Chaos & Shining Zexal, Hope” once per Duel. You can only activate 1 “Chaos & Shining Zexal, Hope” per turn.
