love the compostion and the title! hehe. At first I agreed with Conatgion, I wasn't too sure about the pole... but I put a piece of paper on it and the photo is not as good without it... I think it works well with the brick, it adds similar colors and textures... hehe I don't know!

thank you for your opinion! I understand where conatgion is coming from, the poster creates an almost cliche branding of street photography. something in which i usually avoid myself,
but this is the composition i realized in my head,
and it would not be the same if i tried to avoid the poster. for all intensive purposes the poster is very much apart of the composition there for I do not even consider it a real image without it.

Oh yeah, and I meant to ask you: do you photoshop this stuff at all? I don't know how you get such saturated color in your photos. It looks as if you wait for cloudy skies when you go out on these photogenic jaunts.

hi, thank you for your comments and support!
it says "glue warfare"
to answer your question, I will go out in any weather condition and in any time of day, although my city in notorious for having a fair share of gray gloomy days, including the day I took this shot.
When I photograph I try my best to capture exactly how my eye sees in reality, the post work I do is very minor adjustments, I just try to get it looking as close to the way it really looks in real life the day I shot it.
one of the main principles of my work is that it is
not what you see, but how you see in everyday.
for anyone who views my photos they can go to the exact location and see exactly what I saw.
so over processing would more or less defeat the purpose of what I am trying to achieve.
for my works that have lots of saturation, its because the subjects I capture have that saturation in it!
once again thank you for your time!

Darn, I was hoping it said "BLUE WARWARE." Thank you very much for going into detail how you capture these amazing shots of natural urban dilapidation. I think a lot of this same kind of material exists in and around Washington, DC, which exists in the same vacinity in which I live. I'll have to go for a walk one day with a good camera and see what turns up.

I like the greenish/brown triangle in the top-left of the photo that mystically appears from the surrounding colors, and I also like the center of the photo with the 3 tiny rectangles in unison...
Oh yeah, and does that sticker on the pole in the bottom-left say "BLUE WAREFARE?" If so, that makes this piece even more spectacular.
Love it!

i don't like that street-art thing on the left side
to me it ruins the pictures purity or something like that
