Cyborg = Human that got modified with artificial Parts so that these Parts are Life-sustaining.
Technically, only C16 and the fat, white-skinned One were really "Androids",
you know - the fat Guy who was with Dr. Gero, before Vegeta blowed him up

But oh man, thank you so much Furipa, this is perfect in every sense of the word, Marcia looks so annoyed and irritated and so very, very cute and pretty. Look at her little pouty face oh man, Marcia you cutiepie. Plus I can see the red around her pupils in her pretty eyes, so thank you for adding that in. And thank you for doing her hair right. 
And Cell looks great too! I love how blunt he is, like he's just trying to provoke her again, and Marcia just gives off the feeling that she's so done with him, and so embarrassed too with her red cheeks. Like I said before I love how the height difference, like how Cell obviously towers over her. And I love the subtle interaction Cell is doing with her, I can't tell if he's has he hand on her in an attempt to "assure" her or if he's trying to get her attention. He looks so smug and pleased like the Cell we all know and love. He's so perfect and I envy how you draw him!
This is just so perfect! You did a very great job Furipa, thank you so much and know you just earned yourself another customer who'll commission you again some time in the future!
