The second Island from the Ruhr-Atoll.The name of this one is „Ich kann, weil ich will, was ich muss.“ (I can, because I will, what I have to) from Andreas M. Kaufmann and Hans Ulrich Reck.
It shows a submarine which is stranded in the Baldeneysee and points the potentiality of conflicts because of resources up.
