[link]This has nothing to do with this, but I am currently playing Pokemon Emerald and trying to fill the Hoenn Pokedex so I can get Typhlosion right? I had the best team ever in Silver, and I have sadly lost it, (though it's so old it's probably reset by now). So now I'm trying to remake the old team- Sizor, Quagsire, Espeon, Arcticuno, Typhlosion, and Tyranitar. I'll probably find something to switch out Arctic with because I have since figured out it is not for tournaments because of it's legendary status... I'm not ever gonna play in a tournament but I have him anyway right? Ok, here's my question:
WHY THE FRICK DO THEY MAKE IT SO HARD TO FILL THE NATIONAL POKEDEX?!?! How am I suppost to get them all really? I can only pick one Johto starter, and I'm not buying that stupid Gale of Darkness crap just to get the other two. Or a Gamecube.... In Silver I had EVERY single Pokemon in my dex filled and without cheats I might add. (People I traded with had cheated to get some of them, like Mew and Celebi obviously, but I never did). It wasn't that difficult though. Or impossible rather. I'm not restarting my Emerald once I fill the Hoenn dex just to refill it again two more times, nor am I buying two more Emeralds.
What happened to the good old Pokemon days?

As for the comic, I really like the 'In the beginning' stuff, it's always intrigued me, even the theories I don't think are true. I suppose I like to know where we're coming from so I know where we're going. Food for thought.

The continuation of 18 will be everywhere. It was made so I had a stupid reason to draw fight scenes without having to set it up- because I already have. But you'll see more Panda Hamster battles soon after this arc, it would be weird to drop one in right now.

I think cheating is fine for only one reason: to capture legendaries that you could only get by cheating because Nintendo doesn't really care about us in America to give them out in promotions like in Japan.
After that I'm not for it. You aren't going to use legendaries for official battling and you can't breed with them to get special stats and moves, so it really doesn't affect anyone but you and a slot in your pokedex. Just don't mess up your game data.

Cheating is using something to have an unfair advantage in something. Like infinite life or max level at the start of the game.
Hacking is changing bits and pieces of the game to have no real effect on things... but look cool.
Cheating is hacking, but hacking isn't really cheating... it's like the whole square vs. rectangle thing.

Um... that argument is inadmissible until you can prove it. I see it as tampering with the integrity of the game either way, and I see that as cheating.

Hacking is messing with the games code with no real effect in gameplay (making your character blue ect.)
I'm just annoyed with people getting the two mixed up 'cause I was a major hacker and people would get angry at me for "cheating" even though I never cheated... I just hacked.

I never said there was anything really wrong with cheating when it came to games. You bought it, do with it as you will, just don't try to sell it etc. You rewrote things to your advantage, whatever that advantage is... it could just be cosmetic. I call that cheating- because they might be squares and circles but they are both shapes.

I do not have a DS... stuck in the old school days of no internet pokemon. I actually have the Larvitar, the Espeon, and the Scyther is cooking at the daycare... I need his Venomoth daddy to teach him Silverwind. The Wooper I just need to catch at the Safari Zone, and I have the Articuno already. Just the Cyndaquil I need, and he's gonna be tough to get the way I'm going.

Sorry I couldn't help you. The strange thing is that I got all the Pokemon you have from Pokemon Colosseum/Gale of Darkness. Quagsire was my first, therefore my strongest (lvl. 100).

As for the blank? The power never goes out. They live in a box with no outlets. Perhaps they generate their own power or something. Probably have a few slave hamsters out back running around a wheel.
