Beautiful ferret!
I have seen only one other ferret coloured like that and that was at a ferret show.

How much does he weight? Our biggest boy weights 2.2 kg. but he's not yet 1 year old..

Murphy weights about 1.8 Kg, so he is not that heavy. But still the biggest ferret I own at the moment

I've never seen colouring like that before, what's it called? I've never seen a ferret so black. (I know there are shetlands, badgers, silvermitts... never seen something like this!)

this kind of colouring is called Black Solid. There is olso one called Black Self (Aquilla is one like that) and has white 'eyebrows' . Many times a polecat is bred into the ferret bloodlines but sometimes you can olso get them by crossing only very dark sables with each other
