STUNNING! That first shark is a big beautiful boy -- looks very healthy and well-fed -- and the patterning on the last shark is really interesting, especially the white tip on the first dorsal fin. Oh, my gosh, they're so gorgeous, and the film quality is fantastic.
We just got back from our annual visit to California, where the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach has a zebra shark in the petting pool. (Last year, they had two, but they were moved to the large shark-viewing exhibit when they outgrew the pool.) It's a juvenile -- old enough to have spots, but still small compared to the adults -- and I spent most of our visit hanging out and petting it as it glided by. Here are three photos: one , two , and three .
As much as I enjoy seeing zebra sharks up-close in aquariums, though, nothing would beat the experience of seeing them in the wild. Until then, your footage will tide me over -- thank you so much for linking me to it!

Thanks, glad you liked it, yeah all look healthy, did you noticed one had a tracking tag? I asked my friend who worked for seaworld to see if he had anything to do with it and he said no such program exists in our state, so it might be the next state south. The video was shot in HD and had to be down converted to put on the net though.
We are approaching leopard season here again (summer) and i should get some more shots, if i do i'll be sure to post them.
Very nice photos BTW.

Unfortunately we are just leaving leopard shark season in my local dive sites - there may be a few stargglers however as the temperature s slowely dropping. If i get anymore i'll be sure to post them. yep most are accompanied by 1 or more remora.
