Starting off the Spooky Month with some Pokemon goodness and who better to do than Hypno; mainly due to other artists depictions of him luring children after the aforementioned pokemon puts the children into a hypnotic-like trance (mostly based on creepypasta stories) and takes them away. Backgrounds heavily inspired by the "Dark Hypno" card.
