Very cute!
You have captured the image of mew while still keeping her in your style. I especially love how she's holding onto the bubbles. It gives me a sense of nostalgia to the very first Pokemon Movie. It was, and still is, one of my most favorite things to watch as a child.
While some may argue that mew started the whole "secret Pokemon" thing going on in all of the games now, I can say with confidence with mew it was done right. A small, childish, and simple design, yet powerful enough to learn every move possible.
I do love what you did with the background. All of those waving seaweeds in the back really match mew's curvy design. Also a nice touch with the pink pearl, inconspicuously spreading the pink color around the canvas, so mew is not slapping us with its loud color. The only thing I find a bit odd are the bubbles. While they are very well shaded, I cannot help but feel as though they have holes in them. I'm sure that's how they would reflect underwater but something just seems amiss. Perhaps if the bubbles were more different from one another it would seem more natural. Don't worry if all of your bubbles are not perfect circles, while floating to the surface they always morph in different shapes, all curved, but not perfectly rounded.
All around a nice job. I look forward to more!
