RULES:

Open for current members of Creature-Crossing only!
Group currency [bells], In-game items, and Paypal accepted!
Art can be used on a villager's application with credit!
The buyer will be noted a transparent copy of their design!
I reserve my right to deny a custom if I feel it is out of my range as an artist or if the concept is not something I am comfortable with. If a compromise is not reached, the member in question will receive either their payment back or a Free GD Coupon for later use!
To allow others a chance to purchase customs, there will be a limit of one custom from me per member every two openings. The only exception to this rule is if you do a "Limited Time " custom slot or if you bought a custom from another designer with USD.
If you have already purchased a custom from another guest designer for bells the month before then you are not allowed to purchase one from me until the following opening! This rule does not take precedence over the rule above, you may still only do one after two openings have passed unless purchasing a "Limited Time " custom slot.
Gifts and Raffles customs from all Guest Designers don't count!
Upon agreement of purchase, you may not sell or trade said villager to any other member of the group and must notify myself or another member of the mod team and I will handle how it will be redistributed back into the group, either through flat sale, auction, OTA, DTA, raffle or otherwise.
Members must reference their villager and have submitted one piece of art they've drawn of the design into the group at least a week prior to the customs opening before being allowed to purchase another, even if their cooldown has passed after their last purchase. The same rule applies to other Guest Designs to allow people a chance to buy but for this opening [June 2020] I will allow this to slide due to off timing on my part.
Anyone caught trying to bypass the cooldown time either through trades, having other members purchase it for you, or letting go of Guest Designs to avoid drawing them before your cooldown is up will be in violation and unable to purchase guest designs [Flat Sale, Auction, OTA, DTA, Raffle, etc] from me for six months.
Anyone shown unable to read rules will not be given second chances for their comments; edits will not be accepted and comments without the word will be hidden.
Members shown acting hostile, persuading other members not to enter, or similar style behavior to gain the design will not be allowed to enter for future designs ever!
Members who have purchased a custom for me may purchase customs for other members as long as it's not in violation of the cooldown rules.
