On FS MSPA rping, there is a Lady English. She drifts between stern and motherly. I subconsciously drew the edited sprite taken from BQ to look somewhat like this. No I don't Rp as Lady English, but I heavily edited a BQ pic from the comic for her.

Yeah, I originally drew this for Halloween FS shenanigans, wherein for Halloween, Snowy stole a Cairo Overcoat and got high on English powers for a day.
I noticed the only white on the Cairo Overcoat are the stitches, hmmm.
