For sale here: [link]Second in my adventurer's necklace series.
An antiqued brass working miniature telescope necklace that slides in and out. Set in the chain is a beautiful antiqued brass sea serpent.
This necklace is 17 3/8" long from the very top of the chain to the bottom of the telescope. The length of the chain allows you to easily slip the necklace over your head and allows you to easily look through the telescope.
The telescope is approximately 2 1/2" in length when open.
This telescope and sea serpent were given its beautiful antiqued finish in my studio.

what type of material do you use? ever use PMC?

I mostly use glass, but I also use different brass or copper pieces/sheets I find and I'll color them with a torch.
I have tried pmc in the past and its some pretty amazing stuff, but it just wasnt for me. I had the worst time dealing with fingerprints in the clay xD

Beautiful work, I really like how you set it on a page with text with the paper of the page being darker than normal, it really accents you awesome work.
