Her old Friend Adam Taurus is hunting her down for deserting the White Fang, and if you want him dead, hire Vinnie, he'll take care of it for you. Also, he's going to take everything she loves away from her to fully destroy her, so if you want him to really suffer, call me or one of my friends, we'll find you and we'll torture him together.

This seems like the most likely story for Blake running. The best way to fix this, in my opinion, is for Adam's head to explode, following by a big explanation/apology.
