This is a lovely piece is both idea and execution. The color technique is ambitious, and works well in some places but is distracting in others. Cleaning up that technique would make this picture a perfect ten.
Drawing: The angles and perspective of the room is wonderful, the stacking of books, mice and clouds all seem to fit into the space realistically. The anatomy is exceptional in some places (Nezumi's hand holding the book) but slightly off in others (Shion's hand.) I'm unsure as to where Nezumi's arms are sitting in space- out of sight is not out of mind. I need some evidence of gravity to know how Nezumi's arm is resting on Shion- here a think a little more or less visual information would help that.
Painting: Mixing lots of bright colors into forms is an ambitious venture, and appears sloppy when not handled carefully and intentionally. This technique seems sloppy in some places because the color application seems arbitrary in them. Nezumi's shirt and Shion's pants look good, with bright blue on the tops of folds and red-browns on the inner shadows, using a cool/warm highlighting scheme that reads as intentional. But in places like Nezumi's pants, where both the blue and red are mixed in on the undersides of the pants, it becomes confusing, and flattens out areas what should have more volume.
The sculpting on Shion's body also seems awkward, probably because each muscle seems to be defined equally evenly, making him look "painted on" instad of like a rendered object in three dimensions.
A few areas come off as flat otherwise (like the stack of books Cravate is standing on) which I think can be rectified by, again, more intentional lighting.
Don't be tempted to throw those bright blues everywhere. before applying them, ask yourself "Is this contributing to the form, or is it just decoration?"
Concept: The concept for this piece is absolutely perfect, with Nezumi's face reading affection and Shion's mind clearly wandering as fantastic clouds spread out above them. It's a great feat to draw a believable indoor space, and you nailed that. It's warm and seems to embrace them, and the angle pulls us into their space.
Overall, absolutely fabulous with a few elements of technique that can be honed. Amazingly ambitious and fantastically rich in emotion, concept and color!

Anyway, I absolutely adore the colors and textures you've used. I'm a little new at SAI but I'm guessing you've used the water brush and the oil color brush together. If you did, the ending result looks fantastic. My favorite part about this is probably the clouds because they're so colorful. It gives off this peaceful feeling, I think.
I also love the facial expressions on both Shion's and Nezumi's faces. And the background, other than the clouds looks incredible.

i love how well u using the pain tool sai profram, the cloud above adding a nice effect with feel is like they are telling the story that about to lead us somewhere, also the color is look like u are using oil water color for painting traditional, also i admire your details of this piece is give out a great feel to it, the book, mouse. those 2 character facial expression had such emotional to it too. the digital skill so well and manage to the point we all though u are using oil painting in this piece and give out texture too, great job
