Made in MediBang Paint! PALETTE BY MINIONWOLF. (#97)Don't worry, I'll just leave him alone for a little while. It's Dalv from the fangame "Undertale Yellow"!
I also got a Steven Universe palette, so maybe for #6 I can draw another Undertale Yellow character with the palette.
This art is based on one of Dalv's lightning attacks when battling him.
Also his theme song is so good, it inspired me to make a Drum and Bass song in Famitracker with the Determination leitmotif.
