As for who is stronger here is my opion, I believe Neuro would be stronger, One: He can summon tools of the demon world and use them, Two his eyes glow even when not in true form where as Sebastions only glow when the contract is used, Three Sebastian is a soul eating demon which I believe lets him stay on earth without turning human like Neuro I also believe that souls would give more energy than puzzles.
Now thinking about it you could only decide if the aurthors did a little OVA to show, there is one thing I believe though SEBASTIAN IS A BETTER BUTLER THAN NEURO COULD EVER BE.

Hafta disagree, I think Sebastian is stronger, even though he is starving (while Neuro is pretty well fed compared to Sebastian), he isn't losing his strength from day to day like Neuro. Neuro eventually gets to the point that a human weapon could kill him after just a short time on Earth while Sebastian is still powerful after being starved for at least three years. If Sebastian is still that strong, can you imagine how strong he would be if he was not starving? And how often have you ever seen Sebastian tired? He doesn't need sleep while Neuro does. That seems to be a big indicator on who has the most endurance. Neuro has to have those demon batteries to recharge, Sebastian doesn't need anything to recharge(if he ever gets tired at all that is). Sure Neuro has those tools of his but we've only seen him use them on the New Bloodline, we haven't seen him up against another demon. Besides, Sebastian has survived being nearly cut in half with a Death Scythe so I can't imagine that Neuro's tools can hurt him that much. Neuro claims to have a weapon that can defeat even the Demon king but I think he was just trying to scare Sicks (after all, he DID lie about Yako being the source of his energy). If he had a weapon that powerful, then HE would be the king if demons. I can't imagine him remaining inferior to anybody if he's strong enough to do something about it which means that while he may be one of the strongest demons, he's not THE strongest.

Why do I still think Neuro is stronger? Easy.
Your comment is based on assumption. I've seen Neuro's strength during the manga, how he transforms his body into a weapon and has the wits to make Einstein cry.
However, you assume Sebastian was stronger if he wouldn't throw butter knives at Death Gods. I need solid proof that Sebastian is that powerful else it's all make believe.
As I see it now it's a hungry demon with butter knives vs. a scary, strong, well fed, with 667 weapons of Hell Neuro.
I personally like Neuro's weakness, it makes him less of a Gary Stu than the perfect Sebastian.
But yes, when one crosses fandoms, there's a demon perspective conflict. Neuro is more demon like than Sebastian and is a more complex character, he has a well developed personality compared to Sebastian who's most times a puppet handled by Ciel. In Neuro's Universe he's the main character and is bound to have limits, in Kuroshitsuji Universe, the story focuses more on Ciel and Sebastian still has an air of untouchable being. It might change though in the next manga chapter.

Even if Neuro was stronger overall, I don't think it would be by that much. I just don't like the idea that people have that Neuro is so much stronger that he'd beat Sebastian easily. If he did defeat Sebastian, it would ONLY be after a long, hard battle and Neuro would be nearly dead himself, like his battle with Sicks. If people would stop saying that Neuro would pwn Sebastian then I wouldn't have that big of a problem with it, but to imply that Sebastian is a sissy compared to Neuro...well, you know how it is when someone insults your favorite character, you are going to defend him. Like I said, perhaps Neuro would win in the end but it wouldn't be an easy battle at all.

Of course it wouldn't be an easy battle. I think Neuro would win, but he'd be very beat up too, barely escaping death. Not saying he'd snap his fingers and there we have Sebastian on a silver plate.
I love Kuroshitsuji, but I'm not fond of the character Sebastian. I'm sorry if I offended him, therefore bothering you. I don't really remember what I commented in the first place
