OKay but this piece is absolutely stunning, I cannotexpress this properly. I am always a huge fan of the way you depict Grell, showing his unstable and psychotic nature.
I always love your painterly style - this one is especially sharp and clean! The thin and detailed highlights on his teeth and eyelashes I can see perfectly and it gives him an even more intense stare. I adore the way you draw eyes;

I don't even have to say how amazed I am (always am) by the way you draw hair. You get all these individual strands and give it such a realistic texture and thickness, and you know exactly where to put the shadows and highlights!
