I've been busy with various work and I havent been really active on dA lately...
I've just taken a look at your artwork that you linked me,
and I have to say, I like that you try to create your own typeface/ typography style
for this piece
and determining where to do your cell shadings, and the shape and texture
of the shadow creature at the back is pretty good.
It will also help alot, if you can practice human and animal anatomy,
so as to enhance your characters' poses. You can do this by referring to
photographs, and try to redraw them~
Its good that you leave some white space in the background, so that the drawing
doesnt look so crowded, but you can also practice drawing backgrounds, or adding speedlines to your drawings in order to "spice up" your pieces and give a sense of dimension to it! ^^
