Who I look like: Velma Dinkley from Scooby-Doo

I'm basically her with slightly longer hair and blue jeans.

Who I act like: Alphys from Undertale and Amethyst from Steven Universe

It depends on my mood, who I'm with, and how comfortable I am in a given situation.

Who I want to be: Katara from Avatar the Last Airbender and Papyrus from Undertale

Katara is my maturity and family goals, Papyrus is my self-confidence and positivity goals.

What my style resembles: Steven Universe

I searched high and low and this was the only one that came close enough for me.

What style inspires me: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and Phineas and Ferb growing up, zarla and bPAVLICA nowadays

As a child, I basically drew nothing except fantasy creatures and pages and pages of Phineas and Ferb and My Little Pony fanart. Looking back, almost all of it was cringe-worthy, but I'm still glad I did it because it shaped out the style I have now. Now that I'm an adult, Zarla and Jim are basically everything I want to be as an artist; without them, I wouldn't have the confidence to post half the stuff I put on here.

What style I avoid: Overly-simple and minimalist like Cyanide and Happiness, anime/manga, realism

Some artists work well with really simple stuff like Cyanide and Happiness and xkcd, but I don't enjoy drawing it because it restricts expressiveness and diversity of character design. Similarly, I have nothing against anime and manga, and there are quite a few that I deeply admire the art style of, but it's just not a style I'm good at. I can make realistic-looking stuff if I pound away at it long enough, but it takes a lot of time and energy and I don't have enough fun for it to be satisfying.
