Surprisingly, one of the few things that has been therapeutic for me has been customizing a lot in the Furcadia dream, Mystic homes. The commands are easy to follow and there is a lot of options for customization and lots are absolutely free. You can catch fish or grow crops to sell for rupees, you can make food and clothing.
