I assume you're asking about the texture, because there's never ever any photos pasted into the render, be it face, feet, whatever.
The whole texture is photo based, but there's no alba photos used in the body texture if that's what you're asking.

Yes, it was the texture. Even the detail on the bottom of her feet amazes me! did you use an actual alba photo for that texture on her feet?? Sorry for all the questions, but this just flat out amazes me!

For the feet texture? No, I don't usually do much work on the body texture, I use store bought body textures.
As for my renders, I usually reference poses, like this one is based on a cindy crawford pose.

ah it's the last I wondered. And for the face. Do you use pictures of Alba for references for creating the renders for that?

I rarely use reference for the face, but it's something I want to do. When I try to match reference, it pulls me out of my comfortzone and makes me try angles and expressions I normally wouldn't try.

Now if Hollywood FX crews could just figure out how to adapt your images to film, Ms Alba wouldn't have to worry about more filmmakers trying to coax her into nude scenes.
