It could be a finishing position of a russian pas de chat - just before landing, or a temps leve, or part of a scissone de cote. Really depends on the direction of movement. The position he's in is not a position in ballet but could be a transitional movement. Regardless, well done. I've just started using Reality 4 also.

Thanks very much, Jon. I was thinking it might be in transition as I had no luck finding it. Pas de chat looked similar, but the legs seemed to be more bent than this, though as you say it could be on landing. I see the temps levΓ© has this same coupΓ© position however. I found about 3 photos in this almost exact position with different dancers, so I was thinking it must be a "thing".
I'm having another go at rendering this scene with completely different lighting to see if I can get a bit more realism into it.
