More the Goddess of Strife. And she has a daughter named Dysnomia, who is the spirit of lawlessness. When Eris was found to have a moon as well, that was what they name it. Now you can add a keyboardist to the band.

So, now that Pluto's been demoted to "dwarf planet", you could have the three of them as a group of teenage rebels/protestors demanding higher status, with a number of episodes focusing on this subplot... Kind of like a more hard-core version of the Cutie Mark Crusaders. (The Classification Crusaders?)
Come to think of it, I wouldn't be at all surprised if Scootaloo ended up looking a bit like a pony version of Eris when she becomes a teenager...
