You can have everything,for what of me has any value?
Nothing of Your riches or glory in heaven
can compare to what I have on earth.
This world cannot make me rich.
I give all of myself, all my things
to enter into Your presence.
Even if I make a way into this world,
what will become of me when I leave this body?
Heaven alone is my goal.
Diamonds, gold, and all precious things
cannot compare to worshiping at Your throne.
My heart cannot deny You,,
all of Your ways are precious things to me.
You can have everything,
for what does the flesh gain me?
I want to live for Your kingdom,
nothing on this earth will last.
This world cannot bring me joy.
I give all things given to me,
for You have blessed me abundantly.
Now I need to pass that on,
and bless others whom You love.
Shining Your light is my goal.
Diamonds, gold, and all precious things
