I'm getting better... can't stay in one position for too long. Doctor said I had a vitamin D deficiency.

By the way, which painting program did you use to make this piece?

I used Photoshop CS3, normally I use Paint Tool Sai, but I've been wanting to practice with Photoshop recently!

It looks good, like a pastel or oil pastel on paper with a good tooth.
