I was thinking maybe Jurassic World becoming a reality, aliens landing, or meeting their older selves. What do you think of those ideas?

Older selves woulnd't work because it destroys the mystery, they've already escaped killer dinosaurs, and who knows if the aliens are even friendly?

Okay, but I'd also like for them to see Marius and Grenda's kids. For some reason, I imagine that it'd be a lot. I dunno why. Any ideas of what the new addition could hold? Maybe a real Loch Ness Monster, instead of all the fake stuff? I imagine that would draw lots of people.

IDK if Marius and Grenda would have kids, but we know Soos learned a lot from Stan, so whether the attraction is real or not can be a mystery.

(The kids come in from a day of looking for odd stuff, when they see something interesting)
Tara: Hey! There's a new addition to the shack!
Annabel: I wonder whats in it!
(The kids rush inside to see a new room with all sorts of new exhibits, including a young Loch Ness Monster in a tank!)
Tara: Wow!
Annabel: Where'd Uncle Soos get that?!
Tyrone: Its a Loch Ness Monster!
Delmar: I thought the only other ones were the one in Lake Champlain and the Gobblewonker!
Marisol: This one isn't fake whatsoever!

Annabel- Ty, don't tap the glass, they don't like that!
Tyrone- how do you know? It can't be like all fish.
Annabel- still, don't tap the glass.
Marisol- hey, maybe we can communicate with it!
Delmar- Marisol, we've tried it before. Just because our dad was a merman doesn't mean we can talk to sea creatures.
Tara- is THIS a sea creature though? I think this is fresh water.

(The large reptilian creature roars at the kids)
Tyrone: Woah! It really doesn't like us!
Delmar: I wonder where it was found!
Marisol: If it was from the lake, could it be the Gobblewonker's offspring, if it really exists?
Annabel: The creature does seem like a plesiosaur.

Annabel- I read Dinosaur books in my free time. However, this thing seems a bit smaller than ones I've read about.
Ty- b-but it could be dangerous. It won't break out of the tank will it?
Annabel- let's hope not because I don't think it'll survive much longer out of the water.
Marisol- how'd it even get here in the first place?

Soos: I brought it here!
(The kids all turn around to see Soos, who walks up to the tank)
Tara: YOU brought that reptile here?
Soos: Yup! I found it wounded on the beach!
Marisol: You found an unknown creature, had no way of knowing what diseases it might carry, and you brought it here without thinking twice?
Soos: Yup! It needed help!
Annabel: Shouldn't you have asked the creatures of Gravity Falls what is was?
Soos: Come to think of it, that WOULD have been the smart thing to do.
(The kids then hear a soft, male voice they didn't hear before)Β
Mystery Voice: I'm a Lekk.
(The kids and Soos look around, and Tyrone hugs Annabel in fear)
Delmar(to Tara): How do you know what that creature is called?
Tara: I didn't say anything!
Mystery Voice: I did!
Delmar(to Marisol: Why didn't you say so?Β
Marisol: Delmar, does that even sound REMOTELY like me?

Mystery Voice- for descendants of victorious mystery solvers, you're completely oblivious to the obvious...
*they see the creature shaking it's head inside the tank*

(The kids' jaws all drop in amazement)
Delmar: That reptile thing just spoke!
Tyrone: It didn't even move it's jaws when it spoke!
Annabel: Just like the Unicorns!
Marisol: So, the creature called itself a Lekk?
Lekk: Yes, I accidentally found a portal to the lake where I was caught. I'm actually from New Guinea. More specifically, the oceans around the island.Β
Tara: So, you're not related to the Loch Ness Monster, or Champ, The mysterious creature from Lake Champlain?
Lekk: Actually, yes! They're members of my race! They all ended in those bodies of water to hide from our harsh societies. Right now though, maybe its better that I found my way to that lake. My people are at war with the beings from R'lyeh.
Delmar: Say what now? "R'lyeh"?
Lekk: Yes. You've probably heard of it from H.P. Lovecraft's story "Call of Cthulu".
Marisol: So, wait a minute, does this mean Cthlulu's real?!
Lekk: Yes, Although how H.P. Lovecraft heard of him is beyond me.
Annabel: Well, welcome to Gravity Falls!
Tyrone: Some creatures here can be dangerous to things that are strange to them, so please be careful.
Tara: We'll try to convince Stan, Ford, Soos, and Melody to release you.

Annabel- having a REAL attraction is not gonna be easy to get rid of, espeically since Soos takes after Stan a lot.
Tyrone- he's Mr. Mystery 2.0, no way we'll he get rid of him... her... it?
Lekk- I am a Male!

Delmar: Maybe we could get him back to the lake?
Marisol: How would we do that? He looks like he's heavy!
Lekk: I can walk, you know. Just not very well.
Tara: Maybe Ford could help us get the Lekk to the lake. He might have seen more of his race!

Tyrone- but can he stay out of the water that long?
Delmar- Maybe we could put the tank on wheels!

(That night, the kids install wheels on the tank and start rolling the Lekk to the lake)
Tara: This is so creepy! We're wheeling this reptilian creature to the lake without our parents' permission in the middle of the night!
Delmar: Well, we've got to do this if we're gonna do the right thing.
Tyrone: The Pines family always sticks up for justice.

~unbeknownst to them, they're being watched~
Mabel- *whispering* these kids really need to step up their game, it's easy to anticipate them.
Dipper- *whispering* well, Stan and Ford were a bit older than we are so they were easier to fool.

(Eventually, the kids reach the lake, not knowing that Dipper and Mabel are following them)
Annabel: Whew! That was a long trip!
Delmar: It's even harder when to take into consideration that we're lugging a tank filled with water and a large reptile with us!
Tyrone: I'm scared! What if we're being watched?
Annabel: Ty, we're always being watched. The creatures of Gravity Falls keep an eye on us, ensuring our safety.
Marisol: Even though the Lekk is a new one.
Tara: Do you think he'll lead us to R'Lyeh?
(Tyrone gets scared and hugs Annabel for protection)
Tyrone: I heard that the place is scary!
Delmar: Don't worry. We're not gonna visit R'Lyeh. I doubt the Lekk will wanna go there if his people are fighting the people there.

(R'Lyeh is the undersea nightmare city that Cthulhu rules. I established earlier that the Lekk and his people are fighting the people that live there)
Tara: I feel like we're being followed.
Delmar: You worry too much! The benevolent creatures of Gravity Falls are always keeping an eye on us! What could-
(The kids cover Delmar's mouth, interrupting him and stopping him from completing the sentence)
Annabel: Don't say that!
Tyrone: That's pretty much asking for trouble to happen!
Marisol: We're already doing something that Uncle Soos wouldn't like.

Delmar- *pushes their hands away* He only wouldn't because he's trying to follow in Grandpa Stan's footsteps. But with how defiant he used to be with our parents, maybe he'll eventually understand.

Tara: Only after we all get grounded.
Annabel: Well, we're here now.
(The kids get ready to dump the tank on the beach)
Tyrone: Be careful! I don't wanna hurt the Lekk!
Marisol: Well, I don't think that we're gonna be in trouble with that? Mom and Uncle Dipper shouldn't mind us doing the right thing, right?

*Wendy smirks at her husband and sister-in-law*
Wendy- I'm guessing you guys don't, huh?
Mabel- well... um...
Dipper- yeah... we'd probably do the same thing.

(The kids freeze in their tracks, thinking that they heard something in the trees)
Delmar: What was that?!
Tyrone: I think we're being watched! Let's just get the Lekk into the water, and get home before anyone notices that we're not asleep!
Annabel: Look at the lake!
(The kids all look at the lake and see shapes moving in the water. They can't make out exactly what they are, they're big)

Marisol- this is either really good, or really bad.
Tyrone- I'm gonna go with BAD!
Annabel- you're such a worry-wart, bro! This could be a good thing.
Delmar- a 50-50 chance is always good.

(The Lekk drags himself to the water's edge, and several much bigger Lekk join him, really surprising the kids)
Lekk Mother: Surath! Where have you been?!
Lekk Father: You had us worried sick! We've constantly told you not to go through those portals! It could have led you to some evil undersea place!
Surath: Yeah, but.....it didn't! These kids helped me out! (He gestures to the Pines kids)
(The kids look nervous as the Lekk father bends his neck down to get a good look at the kids. Tyrone is scared of this, so he hides behind Annabel's back)

Surath- I commend you for helping my son. Know that whenever aid is needed, the Lekk shall be there to help when time are dire. Fear not our presence for we are now your allies.

(Surath is the name of the Lekk that was rescued)
Annabel: Thanks!
Delmar: We're the Pines family!
(Tyrone comes out from behind Annabel)
Tyrone: Actually Mr and Mrs. Lekk, we rescued your son from a friend of ours.
(Surath's parents look surprised and Annabel, along with Marisol and Delmar look panicked at Tyrone's confession)
Lekk Father: What do you mean?
Tyrone: His name is Soos, and he wanted to have him as an attraction in his museum, The Mystery Shack. We thought it was wrong, so we saved him when Soos was asleep.
Marisol: Tyrone! You could have gotten us killed!
Tyrone: What if they found out anyway?
Annabel: Good point.
(In the trees nearby, Dipper, Wendy, and Mabel are watching their kids talk with the Lekk family)
Wendy: It's a good thing we raised him to be honest.

Mabel- and to a fault. He can't keep a secret.
Dipper- better than Delmar's compulsive lying.
Surath- I sense that you all are being watched by those close to you.
Annabel- oh, the creatures of Gravity Falls always watch us, it's why we're always safe.
Surath- No... they are of your blood. They are Family.
Wendy- busted...

(The parents come down from the tree and surprise the kids)
Annabel: Mom! Dad!
Delmar: Mom! What're all you guys doing here?
Wendy: We had to see what you were doing with that creature!

Marisol- well, we're supposed to do the right thing, right?
Mabel- well, your sense of right and wrong is on point, but the rest of our family wouldn't agree.
Surath- the one who caught me was not of your blood!
Annabel- well, to us, family extends by more than just blood. Soos is like and uncle to us with how close he is to our parents.
Tyrone- that's why we all call him UNCLE Soos.

Surath: Why's that? He didn't seem on taking me back to my home, but using me to make money!
Tyrone: Well, he's trying to be like Grandpa Stan, which isn't always good.
Tara: That's putting it nicely!

Marisol- well, when you see a con-man as a father figure, it's only natural that you'd follow in his foot-steps.
Delmar- now we know where mom learned it from.
Mabel- Hey!
*Dipper and Wendy both laugh*

(Later, the kids are in bed talking to each other)
Annabel: Well, that was quite an experience we had tonight!
Tyrone: Do you think that Uncle Soos will be mad that we took Surath back to the lake?
Delmar: Not if he doesn't know it was us!
Marisol: Our parents might tell him. If they do, he'll be pretty upset.

Annabel- well, he broke the rules all the time with our parents, so he'll cool off eventually.
Delmar- well, technically, he was just there because he was the legal adult. Mom, Uncle Dipper and Aunt Wendy needed him to do certain things they couldn't at our age.
Marisol- like what? Go into bars? Mom was able to get in with fake IDs with googly eyes glued on.
Tyrone- wasn't that just because the bouncer was really dumb?
Annabel- well his tattoos WERE written wrong.

(The next morning, the kids take showers, get dressed and head downstairs to have breakfast, where they see Soos panicking about Surath and the tank missing from the shack)
Soos: I don't get it! How could someone just steal the entire tank AND creature?!
(The kids look uneasy)
Delmar: He's not looking very happy!
Tyrone: Should I tell him?Β
Annabel: No way! He'll punish us!
