Nah, I didn't change Mitternacht's design. This is his Teutonic armor design, which he only used from the 13th century to about the 16th century.

The Teutonic Knights were a medieval group, originally founded as a military- religious group that only accepted men of German nationality. They were originally a branch of the Hospitallers, but under the command of Herman von Salza, they formed their own order, which you may recognize as the men with white uniforms with black Iron crosses. The Teutonic Knights retired to Venice, Italy, in 1291, but shortly after, King Frederick II commissioned them to convert the people of Prussia*, Lithuania and Estonia, which made the Knights very successful.I

In short, they were some German dudes with awesome helmets who kicked butt and converted people to Christianity. They've been against the Knights Templar for forever and a day. (Templar character will be upload soon, xD)

* I'm not referring to the slightly more modern Prussia, the East Germany one. I'm talking about a much older land, taking up the area of Lithuania and Estonia (I'm not sure about Latvia, actually), and it too was known as Prussia.

Mitternacht is Prussian. He's awesome. And stuff.

But even though, his character seems pleasant, slightly jittery and overly talkative, he's really an extreme sadist. He's manipulative, cunning, insane and slightly bloodthirsty. Yet adorable. Yeah, I dunno.

Oh, the reason both his legs are fleshy is the fact this would be him back in the 14th/ 13th century, before he was all death god-ified. (Sorry, I don't call them shinigamis, I'm not Japanese, and neither is he. xDD)

So er, yeah. Expect more history-related characters, like a Knights Templar equine and a French Plague- era canine.
