Might try turning the front legs out slightly so they cover more surface area to stand. This is a larger pony, so will need for area to stand on.

ummm the hind legs on NMM seem different...i cant get them to fold right ;;

They're the same, the only differant is that they're longer.

um the bottom seems too long on one edge........so i cant fold the hoof tab over.

One two sides of the square that's made are longer, they're meant to fold over to be able to fold the bottom of the hoof and glue in place.
So if there's another side that's too long, just fold it like the others.

ah one last question. is the" open" end of the flank the one you insert into the chest?

Uh- you dont need to cut a slit for the tail. just glue it to the flank

Either/or works, really. I cut the slit so that the weight of the tail keeps the pony centralized.

is he flank supposed to go to a point on one side like a triangle?

I do it as more of a tear drop shape, personally. Really, it doesn't matter since when you glue the chest to the flank, you pinch the sides together and don't see it anyway.

im having a really tough time figuring out how you put the chest and flank together....both are built

Oh! Its easy. Just insert the flank into the chest piece!
If you see, there's a hollow portion of the chest piece when its completed. That's where you insert the flank.

And the body and such is basically the same for all the ponies.
