I just requested it, so you just have to submit.

It would also be really good if you could pop a few words in your deviation description about how people are allowed to use this, ie: "permission granted for use as long as original concept is credited to me" or similar. Alternatively you can put a creative commons licence on it (but make sure to untick no derivative works). This is so people know what your terms of use are!
