I am (was) a huge fan of this series of works by Neil Gaiman. 'Sandman' blew my mind! I love this piece having seen the original cover and believe you did an excellent job with all: coloring, structure, proportions. very nice.

You just seem to have added an eye and a bit of colour to the original image.
Was your intention with this image just to adapt the original image slightly? If so why is the original artwork this image is taken from not linked or at least given its dues as a reference, after all that is the corteous thing to do, no?
