new oc russel he is a militar like rex but he has more level thats why he got the number 69 when the number is minor it means he has more level sooooooooooo russel is german too cuz the dog breed doberman is german so , he likes lingere ....i mean use it XD yeah he loves crossdress also has a bondage fetish he loves a lot bondage 9u9U maybe thats how he got too much scars in the body ...and well his partner is Danes he works with him together they make sure if rex works good or the ther soldiers if they dont work he punish them in his way to do it xDDDDDDDDDDDD
