i bought it but its a zip file and i can only open it to view the pic

If you haven't already found out, you should be able to open the image on your drawing software (SAI, MS Paint, Photoshop, etc.) by going to File > Open > selecting the compatible file image and then from there you should be able to use the base effectively to draw, fill and use.
