People have told me that before, that it makes them feel very mellow and calm. I'll have to try it one day on one of those stressy days.

Everyone in Oz are really getting into those adult colouring books here.Might be why they have so many botanic images inside.

Mhm, for a lot of people coloring in a certain pattern is very relaxing. My mother colors a lot when she's feeling stressed out.
