Drew this awhile ago (have a lot of drawings to submit and share but too lazy xD)I love drawing chibi Dal!! that's all I can say
This was completely done in Paint Tool Sai, different from my usual PTS than PSCS5 ~ I'm trying to rely less on PS for glowy effects, but really sux at it haha
