We're voting 2 of the 3 Skullgirls DLC characters. I'm not entirely sure but i think that only those who participated in the Indiegogo campaign get to vote.

Oh, yeah I saw that kickstarter (I know, indiegogo, but kickstarter sounds better) and considered pledging but decided against it. I'm not really a fighter gamer but I do like the aesthetic of the game.

I have it on my huge, shameful pile of games that i don't play enough but it is so beautifully crafted that it deserves all the money it got from the Indiegogo Supporters. They did an amazing job for an indie dev studio.

I have watched gameplay videos of it on youtube now and again, and it does seem like unique design. The only other game with an art deco style would be Bioshock 1&2.
