Description

Oh dear, for ones who don't know or been living under the menhier, the artist behind Asterix by the name of Albert Uderzo, sadly passed away at the age of 92 all by a heart attack during his sleep, and oh boy.

As an Asterix fan I was devastated to see a great artist, and a decent writer for one the best european comic book series ever made, just went gone without a warning to us who grew up with the series from reading books, to films and much more.

So that's why I decided to draw to honor his life along with his partner, Rene Goscinny who died in 1977 making it 42 years without him, and so does the english translators, like Anthea Bell and Derek Hockridge who brought the comics to our home country.

So thank you to the ones who worked at Asterix, you were the best, and before you ask.

Yes Asterix is still going on to this very day, hopefully it will. So I hope you miss the crew behind Asterix. I own nothing.
