Well, I'll be damned! This is the first image I've seen from you where the anatomy of one of the girls wasn't spot on, Gammaeta! I refer to the girl on the far left of this group, you see. Compared to the others, her pose in considerably stiffer. It's also interesting that you didn't use the plethora of punk rocker girl accessories that you normally adorn your girls with, though I'll admit, I haven't had time to see some of your most recent works, so you might just be going in a different direction from a fashion sense. Having said all of that, you give them all widely varying poses, and they each testify greatly to each elfs respective personality. Very nice!

Wow, that's honestly a difficult question as I really like them all.
After thinking about it a little while it's a tie between pink hair, and blue hair, and here's why- Pink hair has some 'sass' to her that I find appealing, and blue hair just looks so lovely with that dark skin tone and golden eyes.

Also, Pink Hair's sass is just the right amount: You know that she's up to something, but you don't know what, and you don't know when. 
Blue Hair is an understated, classy, beauty which I find appealing.
The rest are cuties as well, but for me, Pink and Blue stand out a bit more.
If you hang out w/ Green Hair, you're sure to have a great time, but you just might regret it. 
How I came up with all of that from just one drawing, I'll never know.
