I like the dot halftone print on the enlarged black and white version of her in the background. Actually, I've seen quite a few of these sorts of backgrounds, with modified, enlarged versions of the foreground. They usually tend to work out quite well. I think I may have to try it myself one of these days.
By the way, you've improved a great, great deal from the early versions of her. Not just with her, but your anatomy skills in general are really good. I love it!
