Excuse me miss, but I wasn't saying it wasn't good, and I don't think the other woman was saying that either. (Though she was perhaps a bit more blunt.)
I was saying that it looks very nice, but there is always room for improvement, and that's true for anyone. It's called constructive criticism, it's meant to help people improve. Part of growing, whether creatively or what have you, is to accept comments like that, and use them to help yourself improve. For instance, I used to have some trouble with coloring traditionally. Another traditional artist gave me a few tips, and when I tried them, it genuinely looked better to me. She may have been blunt about it, but I thanked her for it later.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, of course. If she's happy with her style, then she doesn't have to do anything with it. Just my two-cents.

Yes, both comments were a bit vague, and I personally don't have an encyclopedic knowledge of Artists' reference-books, but I was only trying to help.
You are, again, entitled to your own opinion, but I never meant any offense. I was only agreeing with what she had already pointed out. I have trouble with the same things sometimes; There are plenty of tutorials around DeviantART that can help a lot. I haven't memorized the URLs or anything, but they are out there, you only have to look.
There will always be people with opinions that differ from your own. My point was that I wasn't trying to be mean, and that YOU do not need to flame people for having an opinion about something.
Now, if you'll excuse me, it's getting rather late where I live, and I really don't have time to keep arguing with you. Good night, Miss.

You imporved, but let me comment on a few fields.
The neck is far too short for a reasonable proportion, and the head should not be that big.
The eyes is too big.
Since Kaito is a thin person, you should have draw his chin with a more acute angle.
Hair is too flat.
But overall, I give it a 7.5/10. I can see you worked hard. I'm not a very nice artist, but it would be good if you take in different comments. I did one too, and I would like you to comment on it as well. Observing other's work can improve yourself.
Supports all the way! Good job!

This is her style of drawing, ok? It doesn't have to be right down perfect to every angle and every detail. Critiquing someone is not pointing out every flaw that a picture may have. Her picture is not bad at all and is actually the best drawing I have ever seen her do.
The neck is actually not too short. It's just right. People have short necks, people have long necks, people have medium sized necks. It's fine. The head is not too big. Have you not seen cartoon characters with a larger head and small body? Oh wait... It's called Chibis.
Eye is not too big. It fits very well with the head for one thing. If it were any smaller, it wouldn't look right.
Being thin doesn't have anything to do with chin angles. There are so many pictures of Kaito with different chin angles and that fact that you pointed that out was just not necessary in any way.
The hair is definitely not too flat. it's very fluffy and it looks nice. She added extra hairs to it and I really think it gives it a nice look.
Quit trying to compare her pictures to yours. Her style is very much different than yours and doesn't need to look like yours. She doesn't want critiques, she's very proud of this picture and I'm proud of her for doing it.
Nobody is perfect. I could go through your pictures and "critique" them as you have done so to Megan.

I know what are chibis. And I have no offence. I am proud of her progress, but I'm just telling her. I have NO means to compare the styles. It's really fine if she doesn't want to take in my advice, but an outsider should not comment. I know that she is close to you. But however, That's my comment.
I don't really know her style since she use bases and I thought that was her style, so I based on it to comment on her works.
I am sorry if I pissed you off, but I DO take notes. I just keep them in a notebook.
I am sincerely sorry with the matter. But I hope you can see it on both sides I'm just telling her in a third person's point of view.
Again, I apologize.

My main point of getting upset was that you were very blunt and not helpful in any way. I can understand critiques and trying to help her become more successful in her drawings and improving but everything you said was not a critique. It was a very blunt attack at her drawing. If you want to critique her, you need to do it in a, yes, firm way, but in also a helpful way that will help her to improve. Not to make her feel like her drawings suck or everything she does is wrong.

Critiques arent always good. Critiques are meant to be either good or bad. And she did point out the flaws and good things of the drawing and put it in writing. She didnt attack, she gave a critique.

How on earth did she say the good things of the picture? She did not point out anything good of the picture. Critiques aren't supposed to be good, correct. But they're not supposed to blunt and harsh either. Whether they are good or bad, they are to be helpful. Megan didn't ask for a critique anyways. So I don't understand what the point was of "critiquing" when she didn't ask for it.

She still complemented on the pic.
Also, if she didnt want critiques, then she shouldnt have posted her art. All comments contribute to critique.

No, not really. Plenty of people write on their pictures "Do not critique." There's also a specific way to get critiques as well if she asked for it. It's what Premium deviants can do. They have the Critique button so others can critique it. That is not up on her picture.
