Nice drawing technique, especially the waves. And I have to agree with Ryan, it almost looks like his cloth is 16th century inspired

How did you manage to black out the baclground? Might be a stupid question, but it's always a problem for me

Thanks! Like i said to Ryan i was first planning on having him wear a Gorka, so no...Β Even though that is interesting thought.


I scanned it Black and White, i have three options on my scanner Colour, Grayscale and black and white. I mostly use the Grayscale, but sometimes i use Black and white. The B&W however kinda "eats" the lines and sometimes they just aren't powerful enough to stay in the scanned version. Dunno if i made any sense there xD

After reading twice it did make sense All right, I get it. My problem is that I sometimes want to make larger pitch-black spaces without lines, but it doesn't work all the time

If you're referring to the ones around the elbow area? then no. I was first going to have him wear a Gorka, but then i didn't care to do it. But the whole 17th century idea is much more interesting!
