Seeing as my monster end result is a bipedal dragon I can think of 2 stages before that:
1. a smaller Drake (basically a four legged dragon that lacks any wings)
2. a Wyvern so the Drake from before has grown larger and now has 2 modified winged arms in place of its original 2 front legs
And then finally the dragon

Really cool drawing. 😊 I saw I little scene of Godzilla in that form, and it was pretty creepy. Especially the blood coming out of the gills. 😨 But that's not the creepiest part. I have a feeling that the "blood" might be gushing out for a reason, and that reason is going to be extremely disturbing. 😱
