I’m seriously tempted to make a webcomic of Doom stealing the Tardis and traveling through time, ruining everybody’s shit. Like he would go back to the 1800’s, melt Benjamin Franklin’s face off, and take the credit for inventing electricity…fast forward to a kid reading his history book. You see Doom wearing pantaloons, running in a thunderstorm with a kite…

Victor is a "A" Doctor, but the Doctor is THEE Doctor. Victor just has Arrogance and Will Power sure (and some gadgets), THE Doctor has all of time and space at his fingertips.

You realize Doom is one of Marvel's greatest villains, correct?
No he does not just have Arrogance, Willpower, and gadgets. Doom WAS arrogant, but he's actually immensely intelligent.
Not only that but he's mastered a few types of magic as well.

Sure Doom once took over the world, and it was actually
being run better under him than letting free will happen.
However his desire for conflict he literally let dealership of the
world be taken from him on a whim.
He let his love become his suit for power and eventually loses
that. Doom is great villain, and he could win but he doesn't
really want to win, the real thing he wants is conflict. He can
never be happy if he gets all that he wants because then
theirs no more conflict. And nor he does Doom know that
hes a Decedent of Reed Richards, a man he blames for
is own failures. A man and his family he could kill
several times over. But a man he not only wants but
needs alive so that he can feel like he has something to
win over, or lose too, because its that conflict he desires.
He loves to Brag that he has a will power stronger than most
gods. And yes he'd be immune to the Doctor's most subtle
special ablity of persuasive speech, but even with that going
for Doom, The Doctor has the potential to be more evil and ruthless
and competent than Doom could ever hope to be if he lets
himself go. But evil version of the Doctor or not, the Doctor doesn't desire conflict
and ends it as soon as realistically possible and would
use Doom's arrogance and ego against him quite quickly.
And he still is arrogant. He overlooks things that he feels
are below his need to observe and those little things often
lead to his downfall.

And yeah I Do really like DOOM as a character, but Victor is no Doctor nor is he THEE Doctor.
