She was meant to have the same eyes of original Pompom. Also I can't find a good pose to make redesign, so this is why she looks depressed.She does not get depressed easily however. That's only happen when she gets defeated in a rap battle by Brendan 2 times . She's still a upbeat child and seems to be good friends with Sayori.
A character that gets depressed easily would probably be Rasazy's counterpart.
She's probably one of a few character that is from a Fan-Favorite mod instead of Golden Throne.
