Yeah. Also I don't think she was the only black mage, there were four others in the opening fight sequence and one other when before the Glaives infiltrated the Nifelheim airships.

Which makes me question why did the character description of Crowe call her the SOLE female member of the glaives? 
I assume the other females weren't officially glaives? Who knows haha
