Spent the weekend with Kris Oprisko talking about how good your work is getting. Loved this page, and this issue!

Hey, the 'Land Of The Dead' adaptation was pretty good too, just finished reading that one last night! Kris is doing great; just moved back to the States. I'll let him know you said hey!

Thanks!
And also really glad you enjoyed Land Of The Dead... that one was a nightmare (specially for Chris Ryall) to adapt, 'cause they changed de "final" script two or three times while we were doing the comic, but the book worked out if not perfectly, at least nicely in the end...

Ha ha! Yeah, I heard stories about the making of the movie, so I can only imagine what you went through on the adaptation. At least you got to work with Chris- another great guy and outstanding member of IDW (I worked with all 4 original owners at WildStorm, consider those guys my best friends in the biz).
I experienced a little of those same kinds of issues when Carlos D'Anda and I did the 'Spawn' movie adaptation- kind of a nightmare!

Yeah, the weird issues between movies and comics...
And certainly the IDW stuff stands way up in my list of NICEST people ever met....
a real pleasure to work with them....
