Hello all, I'm back~
One day I will look back to this and cringe at the perspective.
I have to say I love drawing Smiley. He's a shy boy so it's difficult for him to come up to people.

I'm really curious about these two now. I like Smiley, But I wonder what's behind the mask too. I also wasn't aware that Solemn had a mask on either.
"...help her with the heads." That is said so casually, it's bizarre and funny in a the most macabre sense!

I guess her mask is obscured by her hair. lol well, Dr Mango is pretty nonchalant, so he's kind of casual in this kind of stuff. XD
Smiley's a pretty good boy, he has good etiquette since Dr Mango always make sure he's a gentleman. Dr. Mango's pretty much Smiley's mentor or something like that.

I like this Smiley character as well. The last panel reminds me of two dolls about to dance. Like those mechanical ones, you know?

Dat panneling skill o__O I wish I could come up with something this dope, I've been spending the past few weeks trying to draw at least one chapter, only scraps and lame sketches came out. How long does it take you to finish up one page?

On a productive day, three pages in two days, because I usually draw pages in a batch. The sketch part takes me the longest time, like this page it took me around 3 hours just to sketch. The inking, one page takes about 1 hour and editing takes about 1+ hour.
Hm, maybe you should imagine out the story in your head first before you draw? And when what you draw doesn't come out exactly as you imagined, don't worry, just go ahead with it, there's a reason why your hands might want to draw it like that. That happened to me sometimes when I draw Black Sheep. I hated it at first but after going with instinct, I kind of like how it looks in the end.

When I came up with the plot and characters and everything, I first wrote a rough first draft of a novella, so I'd have it all clearer and now I realized I can't put in comic strip form everything I've written. adapting it and still drawing it right comes the hardest. And proportions, dammit. Six years of art classes and I still draw huge heads. But I love your style because it's a bit messier and it has those flowing lines, the mangas I've read are too...idk, clean, with those hyperthin, sharp lines.

It's pretty common not to be able to draw what comes to your head, so don't feel so frustrated about it. 
My line's messy cos I only use ballpoint pen and lacking time. I wish I could draw thin outlines though, it looks pretty neat, but I don't have the patience. X.x

I'm doing well, thank you! So relieved the wedding is over. I'm finally getting back on track with things. Practicing a lot :3 and taking the NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) challenge of writing 50,000 words of a new novel in a 30 day span. So I've been writing. A. Lot.
