But I'm still not sure if it moves too fast...

I do have one critique, though: in the sketch I noticed some movement of the collar of his shirt that was lost in the final, coloured version, which is a bit of a shame. Even if some like animation to be "neat," I think extra movement adds life to a character (just look at Ed, Edd n Eddy's animation), so long as it's not excessive and makes it jerky.
But hey, on this page I get to see five Nilos bobbing their heads in unison (your avatar next to the title, your avatar next to the description and the deviation), so WHEEEEEE
I'm too lazy and have too many tabs open to get a YouTube link, but I imagine him bobbing his head to "DirtyHarry" by the Gorillaz for some reason.

Even I was surprised when I saw the final product; I don't even know how did I do to make it look so smooth!
Ahh I see-- but if you look closely actually everything moves in the finished versions.. (I actually redrew all frames by hand) all I did was to draw lines very carefully and precise...
but well, in my opinion the movements on the sketch are a bit too messy, that's it !
I agree with you, though, then next time I'll try to make lines move a bit more, to make it look more alive 
Since my computer is too slow I can't see the movements at all so I can't enjoy it that way D: but how cool you do |D
