Description
And wrapping up my Marvel project we have a selection of villains and anti-heroes working together for a darker blend of justice.

Dr. Doom

One of the most iconic villains of Marvel, I knew I was going to save him for the end of the project. I made very few changes to his basic design.

Green Goblin

Founder of the Dark Avengers in the comics I felt it was important to include Norman Osborn in the team but as the Green Goblin rather than Iron Patriot. I gave his gloves the same look as Iron Man and War Machine’s as a link to his time as Iron Patriot.

Juggernaut

Trying to get his head under the helmet was tricky. Like most X-Men characters the main influence was his X-Men Evolution design.

Daken

I decided to use the elements of his father’s costume I didn’t use while showing off his differences to him. Since both Wolverine and X-23 had the Adamantium claws I decided Daken would have the bone claws instead to highlight that he got his powers from being Wolverine’s son not Weapon X.

Deathbird

As one of Ms. Marvel’s main foes I decided to fit her into the team. I personalized her main design and tried to make her facial features bird-like (I almost gave her a beak mask).

Bullseye

Mainly I slapped a coat over his regular costume. While this choice was inspired by the movie Bullseye the jacket is different from the one he wears in the movie.

Enchantress

I decided to include one of Thor’s enemies in the the Dark Avengers and she made the most sense. Until I coloured her in I wasn’t sure about her design. I mixed her Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes outfit with one from Thor: Tales of Asgard (both from the same universe).
