It's Towa in her Demon Goddess form from Dragon Ball!For those that don't know Towa is a character from the Dragon Ball games which has its own bunch of characters.
Dokkan Battle which is a mobile game for Dragon Ball Z added a bunch of characters from Super Dragon Ball Heroes including this version of Towa and I really liked the design so I decided to draw her.
Her hair was a pain to draw since it's so big XD
